Hey this is author and I'm here to say,
I like to rap in a softball way.
Everybody get together and put on your jocks,
We'll hit the field as one and wear tall socks.
Don't ever forget that this is fun,
But we should score a lot more than a single run.
When you're at the plate, you know, be real tough,
Hit the ball on the ground and hustle and stuff.
When the other team has to throw the ball,
It might hit their hands, then bounce and fall.
Whatdya know - you're on a base,
Yay for you - that's totes your place!
If you think you can, then go for two,
Don't forget that accurate throws are hard to do.
There's 3 verses about hitting and running,
Let's now rhyme about defense.... unning.
So in the field, you look real cool,
Play anywhere you want - just not on the bench and not on a stool.
Remember all the things that I said above?
Don't throw the ball around or be a dud.
Just get in front of the ball 'cause it's really soft,
Toss the ball to first - now you're the boss!
If you freak right out and know not what to do,
Get the ball to the pitcher, no need to poo.
So there we go, its gonna be an experience,
Drink some beer to take the edge off, wooo!, delirious.
A late start ain't so bad - we get to play,
If you want some more raps from the boss, I'll say 'OK'!
PIECE!
